Everyone has pimples from time to time, but there comes a time when enough is enough. Here are some tips from Baker for people of any age who want to keep their skin clear:Wash the face two to three times a day. Cleansing the face with unscented soap or face cleanser can prevent pimples. Throughout the day, oils and dirt collect on the face. Bacteria from oils and dirt can find their way into skin pores and cause breakouts. Washing the face removes make-up and bacteria. It also reduces the number of breakouts.Eat fruits and vegetables. Often times, excessive oil causes pimples. If this is the case, the best way to prevent pimples is to reduce oil on the face and body. Fruits and vegetables can minimize body oils and stop breakouts.
Apply over-the-counter or prescription pimple cream. If natural treatments are ineffective, use a daily pimple or acne cream. Start with an over-the-counter cream. If this doesn’t work, see a doctor and ask for a prescription. Because pimple creams can dry the skin, apply a daily moisturizerUse topical treatments, such as Nature’s Cure Vanishing Cream, anywhere that you tend to get breakouts — don’t just spot-treat existing pimples. The pore-clogging process happens two to three weeks before any blemish becomes visible on the skin.
