Many people think that the dress code required for white tie and black tie is exactly the same. Even though both are formal types of attire, there are some minor differences that must be considered. After all, white tie invitations are the most formal of all affairs and often times associated with functions of high-level political figures. So if you are invited to a white tie invitation, there are a few things you should know before you go.Confused about what to wear to office? Most offices have a formal dress code. Women can settle for smart western formals – pant suites or a formal cut skirt and a blouse. Men can settle for business suites or a full sleeved formal shirt, paired with a tie.
On weekends most offices have a casual dress code, when you can wear business casuals. Denims can be paired with polo necked shirts. Women can settle for long skirts, paired with blouses or shirts.If you are going on a date and decided to dress up for the occasion, wearing a suit and tie might be the right look for you. When choosing your outfit, keep in mind what look you want to go for. Typically the conservative business look is out of place. Instead go for an elegant look that is classy, yet warm and friendly. This look can easily be created with the right color combination.A casual dress that goes well for a birthday party is not suitable for a wedding. A dressy outfit, coupled with matching accessories would be more suitable for a cocktail party or a wedding reception. Sports wear like track suites or your swimming trunks are another kind of informal wear.
